All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update our product selection or discontinue products without prior notice.

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Customers must provide valid and accurate payment information.

جميع الأسعار معروضة بالدرهم الإماراتي ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

نحتفظ بالحق في تحديث أسعار المنتجات والعروض الترويجية. وسيتم عرض أي رسوم توصيل أو ضرائب أو رسوم إضافية مطبقة أثناء إتمام الطلب وقبل تأكيده.

يجب على العملاء تقديم معلومات دفع صحيحة ودقيقة.

4. Orders & Confirmation | الطلبات وتأكيدها

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, phone, or other available communication channels.

We may contact you to verify order details before processing or shipping.

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or other legitimate reasons, we will inform you and arrange an appropriate refund for any payment collected.

بعد تقديم الطلب، قد تتلقى تأكيداً عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف أو وسائل التواصل المتاحة.

قد نتواصل معك للتحقق من تفاصيل الطلب قبل التجهيز أو الشحن.

إذا تعذر تنفيذ الطلب بسبب عدم توفر المخزون أو مشكلات الدفع أو أسباب مشروعة أخرى، فسنبلغك ونرتب استرداد أي مبلغ تم تحصيله بالشكل المناسب.

5. Shipping & Delivery | الشحن والتوصيل

Dubai Basket provides delivery services within the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, product availability, courier operations, and other circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact information. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve delivery issues.

يوفر دبي باسكت خدمات التوصيل داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

قد تختلف مدة التوصيل حسب موقع العميل وتوفر المنتج وشركة الشحن والظروف الأخرى.

يتحمل العملاء مسؤولية تقديم عنوان توصيل صحيح ومعلومات اتصال دقيقة، وسنبذل جهوداً معقولة لحل مشكلات التوصيل.

6. Returns & Refunds | الإرجاع واسترداد الأموال

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible change-of-mind returns.

To qualify for a standard return:

• The product must be unused.

• The product must be in its original condition.

• Original packaging and accessories must be included where applicable.

• Proof of purchase or an order number is required.

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

These conditions do not restrict customers' statutory rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products under applicable UAE laws.

نوفر سياسة إرجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام للمنتجات المؤهلة للإرجاع العادي.

شروط الإرجاع:

• يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم.

• يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية.

• يجب إرفاق العبوة الأصلية والملحقات إن وجدت.

• يجب تقديم إثبات الشراء أو رقم الطلب.

تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه والموافقة على الإرجاع.

لا تحد هذه الشروط من الحقوق القانونية للعملاء المتعلقة بالمنتجات المعيبة أو التالفة أو التي تم تسليمها بشكل غير صحيح وفقاً للقوانين الإماراتية المعمول بها.

7. Order Cancellation | إلغاء الطلبات

Customers may request order cancellation by contacting our support team as soon as possible.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible before delivery. In such cases, the applicable return policy and consumer protection requirements will apply.

يمكن للعملاء طلب إلغاء الطلب من خلال التواصل مع فريق خدمة العملاء في أقرب وقت ممكن.
